# Your Visit

### **Our friendly team are here to help at anytime during your visit to Assembly Roxy.**

## Planning your visit:

Tickets for our shows can purchased from [www.assemblyroxy.com](https://assemblyroxy.com/www.assemblyroxy.com)

You will receive a QR code via email which you can present at the main door on arrival at the venue. Our Front of House are able to assist if there is an issue with displaying your QR code.

Depending on availability, some tickets may be available to purchase on the door via a contactless payment method. Generally, doors will open thirty minutes before a performance begins.

Assembly Roxy are more than happy to provide free tickets to our shows for any essential companions. If you do require an essential companion ticket for one of our shows, please call our Box Office on 0131 623 3030 or email access@assemblyfestival.com or more information.

Assembly Roxy has two bars serving a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Our main bar is located in our Roxy Central space (ground floor) which tends to serve events taking space in this room and Roxy Upstairs. On occasion, we open our Snug Bar (18 steps down) to serve events in the Roxy Snug.

Our main toilets are situated in the basement of the venue (18 steps down). Additionally, there are two cubicles situated on the ground floor in Roxy Central (one is an accessible toilet).
