## FAQs

The quickest and easiest way to purchase tickets for our shows is online. Take a look at [What’s on](https://assemblyfestival.com/roxy/whats-on).

We operate an e-ticketing system. Once you purchase a ticket we'll send you a booking confirmation with a barcode – just bring this on your device to be scanned at the venue before your show.

Keep an eye on your inbox as we’ll be in touch if you need to know any additional information before heading to your chosen performance and make sure you’ve got plenty of charge on your phone to show the team your ticket.

If you, or a member of your group requires [accessible tickets](https://dev2026.assemblyroxy.com/accessible-tickets)get in touch today, our team would be happy to assist.

Tickets cannot be refunded however we may be able to exchange tickets for the same show on a different performance subject to availability and a small fee.

To give us plenty of time to seat everyone comfortably, we aim to open our doors 30 minutes before performances. Whilst waiting, you may be asked to join a queue outside the venue.

Your e-ticket will be scanned and validated by a member of the team in advance of entering the venue.

Make sure you arrive with plenty of time as some shows are unable to accommodate latecomers.

Senior citizens, the unemployed, customers with disabilities, Young Scot, MU and Equity card holders, as well as all young people under the age of 16 and students in full-time education, are eligible for concession priced tickets. Proof of concession for each ticket must be provided at the box office.

Assembly Roxy operates a “Babes in arms” policy. Babies and very young children aged 18 months or under are granted entry to a performance without a ticket, provided they are then seated in the lap of their accompanying adult and do not take up a seat for themselves. Please be aware that for some shows there is an age restriction due to content.

Children will not be allowed to remain on the Premises after 11 pm

Children and young persons are allowed access to all public parts of the premises but are not allowed to remain immediately adjacent to the bar when it is being used for the sale of alcohol.
